“ "Once upon a time in a land far, far away there was a place where you can eat real pljeskavica" and the quality of the Srećko's pljeskavica, the way they are made do belong to a fairy tales, because this you really can't find anyway anymore. Srećko's pljeskavica is made of three different calf meat cuts. The meat is carefully chosen by him, he cuts them, grind them, season them. He prepare only the quantity for a day. He prepares each pljeskavica in front of you. The onions, one of the ingredients, is also cut just before it will be mixed. And the meat then is grilled on a large charcoal grill. The charcoal grill or fire is the only and the best way to prepare meat. It kills 99% of germs, since the preparing temperature is over 250°C! In the meat there is only salt, pepper and onions. You get it straight in somun (pita bread) that is also heated on a grill. All is there, the grand art of pljeskavica-no bullshit, no sauces, no creams, nothing is prepared in advance or overseasoned to cover up the bad meat. It is by definition the one and only place, a holy shrine of pljeskavica in all Belgrade. Taste it and you will never regret it! ”
